M&N Valuation Workflow Support
Two engagement options for AI-augmented workflow support during your June filing window. You retain full control over your case substance and data; I provide methodology, tools, and structured coaching.

What we discussed — and what I'm offering
A quick recap so we're on the same page before you look at the options.
What you're working on
You're preparing a valuation submission (Director's Response) to the financial queries on M&N Accommodation, targeting a mid-June filing window. You've spent the last two months trying to use AI to help — and ran into what you called the "AI got confused" problem: too many files dropped in without structure, prompts that didn't lock the model down, results you couldn't trust.
What I'm offering
Two engagement formats — both AI-augmented document workflow support, at different intensities and modes. Pick the one that fits how you prefer to work.
Clear boundary up front
I don't take possession of, store, or analyse your raw materials between sessions. During live sessions you may walk me through redacted examples on screen-share, but I don't draft substantive Q&A responses on your behalf, and I don't provide legal, valuation, or expert witness opinions. Your case substance stays with you. What I provide is the workflow design and the AI-collaboration technique that lets you process those materials 10× faster than starting from scratch.
This division is intentional — it keeps my contribution focused on what I uniquely bring (workflow design and AI collaboration), the engagement efficient, and your authority over substantive work intact.
Why this is structured around data sensitivity
Your case materials (legal correspondence, financial records, partner-dispute evidence, WhatsApp screenshots) carry both confidentiality risk and privilege concerns. Keeping them in your custody — rather than transferring them to my systems and AI tools — is cleaner for both of us. The fewer hands the data passes through, the smaller the surface for accidental disclosure.
Two ways to work together — you pick
A is a 1-day on-site Setup Day for hands-on system delivery; B is per-session advisory by Zoom. Both at friend rate (Omri intro).
Hands-on, system delivered same day. Compresses weeks of self-setup into one working day.
What you get
- 1 full day at your office in Canggu — 8 hours hands-on (hard stop 18:00)
- Notion workspace + database schema set up on your account
- Folder hierarchy on your Mac
- 3 Claude Code prompt templates: (a) ingest source files into Notion; (b) query by topic with source citation; (c) draft response scaffold ready for your review
- 1-page SOP cheatsheet for you to run the system afterwards (format whatever fits — doc, markdown, or PDF)
- Trigger-and-run capability for your full corpus — the Claude Code prompts/skill I install on your machine let you process your full 50–100 files on your own time after our day together. Your role: trigger + monitor. Run time scales with AI processing speed and file volume; large batches run async without my involvement.
- End-of-day validation — together we run 3 sample source files through the full pipeline: (1) ingest into Notion with source citation, (2) query by topic returns relevant results, (3) draft prompt produces review-ready scaffold. Each step ticked off with you watching.
- 3 × 1 hr follow-up online meetings — related to the workflow we build during the setup day
What's NOT included
- Accuracy validation of pulled data — your manual review
- Legal / valuator opinions or sign-off
Tools you'll subscribe to (your accounts)
- Notion Pro plan — USD 12/mo or USD 10/mo on annual (for file storage + workspace features)
- Claude Code Max 5× — USD 100/mo, needed for the token volume to analyze your case files · Referral link (1 free week included)
How you pay
- 80% non-refundable deposit (USD 2,000) before June 2nd 11:59pm to confirm the on-site date
- 20% balance (USD 500) — due after end-of-day validation on June 3rd
- Wise USD: wise.com/pay/me/chiehyuc4
High-touch, flexible. Book a session whenever you hit a wall.
What you get
- 1-hour Google Meet sessions on demand
- Pre-session preparation by me — I research, build example materials, and prepare a tailored response to your topics before we meet (deliverables can be PDF, Notion page, short walkthrough video — whatever best answers your questions)
- Summary email within 24 hours after our coaching session — recap, conclusions, next actions, open questions
- No cap on number of sessions within the validity window
How you pay
- USD 180 via Wise transfer before each session (after we confirm scope, see Step 2 below)
- Validity: through 30 June 2026
- No long-term commitment — pay only for what you use
How Option B sessions work
So you know exactly what to expect from each meeting:
Via WhatsApp or email, share what you want to discuss: topics, specific questions, sticking points, anything you're stuck on. The more concrete the better.
I review what you sent, confirm the questions are scoped for a 1-hour session (and flag anything that needs splitting). Once confirmed, you pay per session via Wise — unless this is one of your Option A follow-up meetings, which are pre-paid as part of the package. Then I start preparing. Scope confirmation (and payment if applicable) must complete ≥24 hours before the booked session — otherwise we reschedule.
I spend time researching, building examples, drafting cheatsheets, recording short walkthroughs — whatever format best answers your questions. You don't see this work, but it's the reason an hour with me ≠ an hour of generic consulting.
We meet at the booked time. I walk you through the materials, we dig into your questions, and you can ask follow-ups in real time.
I send you a summary email containing: the materials we covered, conclusions from our discussion, your concrete next steps, and any open questions for next time (if applicable).
Option A follow-up online meetings follow the same flow — but no payment step (pre-paid as part of your package).
Working terms — simple and explicit
Scope boundaries, payment, confidentiality, and timeline. Anything you want to discuss, just ask.

No pressure on timing — but if you want to start by 1 June, ideal to confirm by 31 May.
- Pick an option — reply with A or B (or ask any clarifying questions first)
- I send a short agreement + Wise invoice for the relevant amount
- Once payment confirms, we book the first session
Reply with your choice
Either option works for me. Pick the one that fits how you'd rather work.
